Milwaukee-based Swarming Technology, an e-commerce development agency, recently announced the appointment of both a new chief executive officer and chief technology officer. Andy Krystowiak is the company’s new CEO and has assumed day-to-day leadership of the company. He was previously Swarming Technology’s chief operations officer.

Milwaukee-based software startup Forj announced Thursday the completion of a $15 million Series A funding round. Following the close of the funding round, Forj also announced the acquisition of Madison-based Web Courseworks, a learning management system.

TDS Telecom will build all-fiber internet network in West Bend

In its latest expansion move, Madison-based TDS Telecommunications LLC announced this week the company will build an all-fiber network in West Bend. The construction of the all-fiber network is being funded via a private investment from TDS. Construction is expected to begin early next year.
