Do I get access to locked subscriber-only content?
Yes, paid BizTimes subscribers have access to the subscriber-only content on our website and our digital issues. If you are getting a complimentary print copy of BizTimes you do not have access to subscriber-only content on our website, but can upgrade your subscription.
How do I log in to the BizTimes site?
Click the “Login” button in the header of our site or go to the login page. You can also click the login link on any locked article. Use your email address and password to login. Check the “Remember Me” box and you won’t have to log back in for the next 30 days.
What if I forget my password?
There is a link on the login page if you forgot your password, or you can go directly to the Reset Your Password page. Enter your email address on that page and then follow the directions in the email to reset your password. If you do not know the email address associated with your account, please contact us.
Can I get a copy of my subscription receipt?
When you subscribe online you are automatically emailed a receipt. Please check your inbox as well as your junk / spam folder just in case. If you need another copy of your receipt, please contact us at circulation@biztimes.com.
How do I change my address or contact info?
For individual paid subscribers, you can change your address and contact info here. For group subscriptions, please have your group administrator sign in to the Group Maintenance page. From there you can change your billing information and manage group subscribers.
If I cancel my subscription early, do I get a refund?
All individual subscriptions and group subscriptions are annual. You may cancel before the end of your current subscription term, but no refunds will be issued.
How do I sign up for a group subscription?
Go to the Group Subscription page, complete the billing information and chose the number of subscriptions that you want. Click the “Add New” button to add each group subscriber’s name and email address manually, or download the bulk order Excel spreadsheet, fill it out, and upload it when placing your order.
How do I renew a group subscription?
Go to the Group Subscription Renewal page. To log in, enter either your account number and zip code or the group administrator’s email address and password. Update your billing contact information and group subscribers if needed and then place your renewal order.
How are group subscriptions priced and billed?
Group subscriptions are discounted from 15-40% off the normal individual subscription price based on how many subscribers are in your group. Discount tiers are listed on the Group Subscription page. Group subscriptions are annual, but are not automatically renewed.
Can I pay for a group subscription by check?
Group subscriptions are typically charged to a credit card. However, if you need to pay by check, please contact us at circulation@biztimes.com and we’ll help you place your order.
Does every group subscriber get digital access?
Yes, every subscriber in a group subscription gets unlimited digital access to all subscriber-only content on our website including the digital version of our magazine issues.
Does every group subscriber get a print copy of BizTimes?
One print copy of each BizTimes issue is sent to the group’s main office for each five group subscribers. We cannot send print copies to individual group subscribers.
Can I add or remove group subscribers?
Yes, you can add or remove group subscribers at any time. Go to our Group Maintenance page and enter either your account number and zip code, or the group administrator’s email address and password to log in. The subscribers in your groups then will be shown. From here you can add, edit or remove group subscribers as well as change your billing contact information.
Does adding or removing group subscribers affect the subscription price?
When you create a group subscription, you are reserving a certain number of subscriber “seats” for the term of your subscription. You will be charged for all subscriber seats whether you use them or not, or whether you remove one or more people during the term of your subscription. You can adjust the number of seats at your next renewal date. If you want to add more people than you currently have reserved in your group, you may do that at any time and your subscription rate will be adjusted at that time.
