Milwaukee-based private equity firm Borgman Capital announced Wednesday that it has acquired Milwaukee-based K.G. Stevens a fabricator and installer of countertops, and provider of cabinetry and luxury appliances.
Metro Milwaukee home sales down 8.6% this year, while prices are up 7.8%
Home sales in the four-county metro Milwaukee area were down 17.2% in September, compared to September of 2021, and are down 8.6% through the first three quarters of the year compared to the same period a year ago, according to the latest market report from the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors.
