Kids Empire entertainment center coming to Bayshore

Less than a week after Bayshore announced plans to have a new movie theater and bowling alley operator reopen the space formerly occupied by iPic Entertainment, the Glendale shopping center says it will also add a children's entertainment venue to its tenant roster.

Roundy’s Oconomowoc distribution center sold for $120 million

An affiliate of Northbrook, Illinois-based commercial real estate company Harbor Bay Ventures sold the Roundy's Supermarkets distribution center and warehouse in Oconomowoc to an affiliate of Coral Gables, Florida-based cold storage real estate company Scout Cold Logistics for $120 million, according to state records.
