Real estate odds and ends

Industries for the Blind, a non-profit organization devoted to providing jobs for the visually impaired, plans to build a 48,400-square-foot warehouse addition to its facility at 445 S. Curtis Road, West Allis. The project will be built in two phases with a 21,100-square-foot first phase and a 27,300-square-foot second phase. The project was originally proposed in 2010, but Industries for the Blind did not move forward with the project at that time.
