Waukesha-based Gerald Nell Inc. was selected by Greco of Wisconsin to renovate a 50,000-square-foot facility for wholesale food distribution, including 5,000 square feet of new office space, new refrigerated loading docks and 45,000 square feet of freezer, cooler and distribution space.
Waukesha-based The Redmond Company recently began a 4,600-square-foot remodeling and 1,000-square-foot expansion project for College Chevrolet in Albion, Mich.
