Tim Dixon, a Milwaukee developer and owner of the Iron Horse Hotel in Milwaukee, is partnering with Chicago-based Kevin Robinson and Mario Tricoci to form Aparium Hotel Group LLC and Aparium Development Company LLC.

Hartland-based Lake Country Manufacturing plans to move build an 81,295-square-foot plant at 950 Blue Ribbon Circle North in the Pabst Farms development in Oconomowoc. The company plans to complete the project in time to move to Oconomowoc in the first quarter of 2014, relocating from its current location at 510 Cardinal Lane in Hartland.
