Oetlinger Precision Manufacturing Company plans to build a 22,126-square-foot addition to its facility at 450 Ninth Ave. in Grafton. The existing facility has 38,836 square feet of space. After the project is complete it will have 60,962 square feet of space.
Oetlinger produces machine parts for companies in the heavy equipment, aerospace, marine and print industries and intricate parts for pharmaceutical companies and NASA. The company has about 40-45 employees.
The company plans to add 20,700 square feet of manufacturing space and 1,426 square feet of office space to its headquarters. It also plans to build a 3,870-square-foot garage/warehouse building for vehicle and equipment storage.
Representatives for the company and the village of Grafton could not be reached to comment about the project.
