Terrazzo & Marble Supply to move to larger Menomonee Falls building

Wheeling, Ill.-based Terrazzo & Marble Supply Companies recently purchased a 17,322-square-foot building at N59 W14339 Bobolink Ave. in Menomonee Falls and will move its operations there from a 9,600-square-foot space that it leases at N93 W14652 Whittaker Way in Menomonee Falls.

An affiliate of Madison-based Sara Investment Real Estate paid $16,757,386 to buy most of The Tannery, a multi-building office complex at 700 W. Virginia St. in Milwaukee’s Walker’s Point neighborhood, according to state records.
