Manufacturing Day, taking place on Friday, Oct. 3, is an annual celebration of manufacturing in North America, and its new video contest was a way for all organizations to share how they celebrate the day and why others should as well.

State’s manufacturers post third annual jobs gain
Wisconsin manufacturing companies added 5,796 jobs from July 2013 to July 2014, a 1 percent increase. It’s the third annual manufacturing jobs gain for the state, according to the 2015 Wisconsin Manufacturers Register.
