Yellow Transportation and Roadway Express, which operate from a joint center at 6880 S. Howell Ave. in Oak Creek, have told state officials that Yellow Transportation will close and Roadway Express will lay off employees in March.
All of Yellow Transportation’s 97 employees are expected to lose their jobs as a result of the closure, according to the state filing.
Roadway Express will lay off 63 workers, while another 137 will continue to work in Oak Creek.
