Milwaukee-based Three Leaf Partners purchased a four-building industrial portfolio in Walworth for $9.5 million. The buildings, which have a total of about 228,500 square feet, are all occupied by Novares, a manufacturer of plastic car parts. Novares will continue as a tenant in the buildings, according to Three Leaf. Located at 100 and 820 Wisconsin
