CresaPartners opens offices in Milwaukee and Madison
CresaPartner, a commercial real estate advisory firm that exclusively represents tenants, opened two offices in Wisconsin at 111 E. Wisconsin Ave. in Milwaukee and at 738 Lorillard Ct. in Madison. The Madison and Milwaukee offices will be led by principals Tim Rikkers, Matthew Apter, Joshua Rikkers, T.J. Blitz and Michael Levine, all formerly with Commercial Tenant Advisors LLC. Senior associates Tyler Wright and Ross Rikkers are also part of the CresaPartners in Wisconsin. The Milwaukee and Madison officers are actively recruiting additional members.
