Angie Choy Edwards began as chief financial officer of HGA in 2021, bringing more than 25 years of experience from Fortune 500 companies and privately owned businesses in manufacturing and service industries.
Under her leadership, HGA experienced a 35% revenue increase with net revenue projected to exceed $230 million in 2025. Her contributions extend to intentional growth strategies that include geographic expansion and additional service offerings, according to Kailey DuFrane, HGA marketing assistant.
“At HGA, she champions equitable frameworks for charitable giving, travel spending and sustainability initiatives, fostering a positive culture and operational transparency,” said DuFrane.
Edwards has served as chair of the American Diabetes Association of Wisconsin and founded a career ministry at her church to support individuals in transition.
Edwards also co-chairs the CFO committee for the American Institute of Architects’ Large Firm Round Table, representing CFOs from the larger national architecture and engineering firms in the industry.
Angie mentors emerging leaders at HGA, guiding them to success.
