Sheboygan Falls has started construction on improvements to Vision Business Park, hoping to attract more businesses to the 70-acre site.
Located about a mile off Highway 23 on the south-west corner of County Road TT and C, the park will have several 3- to 7-acre parcels available for purchase when it’s complete in June.
So far, software firm, Alternative Solutions, Inc. (ASI), is located in the business park.
Business park improvements include extension of water and sewer. A new road will be constructed to open up additional acreage for development. Plans to extend high-speed telecommunications are also in place.
Several months ago the City of Sheboygan Falls modernized its business/industrial architectural standards, lowering the cost of industrial/commercial construction in the business park on parallel with surrounding communities.
“The City of Sheboygan Falls is thrilled to be able to offer this next generation of business park amenities to support continued economic development in our community,” said Mayor Randy Meyer. “I commend our city council for helping advance this initiative.”
