Why did you recently get promoted to senior associate?
“Not always needing to be told what is expected of me, but instead working towards what I would expect of myself. Above and beyond, whether I’m asked or not. Developing strong client relationships in multi-family and senior living.”
What has been your most memorable project?
“Haven Hospice in Jacksonville, Florida. It was the first project where I was able to take the lead on design, working with the design team in our office to take the idea of the plan and make it a reality. The principal came up with the scheme and I was asked to model it after Florida cracker-style architecture.”
What is your next career goal?
“Eventually, I would like to become a partner of the firm and help to lead it into its next generation of ownership.”
