Digital Color, Saturn Lounge to move to Pewaukee

Menomonee Falls-based Digital Color Inc. and New Berlin-based Saturn Lounge will move their operations to a 15,000-square-foot space at N8 W22343 Johnson Dr., Pewaukee.
The two companies are both owned by Paul Baudhuin and Jim and Amy Kohlart.
Digital Color provides pre-press and pre-media services and is located at N83 W13266 Leon Road, Menomonee Falls. The company was started 26 years ago.
Saturn Lounge Photography is an advertising photography company located at 16622 W. Rogers Dr., New Berlin. The company was started 8 years ago.
“We have been running back and forth between New Berlin and Menomonee Falls for years,” said Jim Kohlart, president of Saturn Lounge and vice president of sales and marketing for Digital Color. “We decided it made more sense to be all together, side-by-side, under one roof. When we started Saturn Lounge it had its own set of clients. Over time most of our clients use both (companies) for photography and pre-press.”
The two companies have about 30 employees combined and they will be occupying about the same amount of space together that they currently occupy separately, Kohlart said.
The lease in Pewaukee was brokered by Adam Matson and Brett Garceau of NAI MLG Commercial, who represented Digital Color and Saturn Lounge and Sam Dickman Jr. of The Dickman Company, who represented the building owner, Chris Kobach, the owner of Diversified Printing Services Inc., which plans to move out of the building.
