Marquette University announced a $1 million donation from Marquette School of Dentistry alumnus Dr. Jeff Moos and his wife, Beth, to go toward the Building for the Future campaign and help fund the Dentistry School's 40,000-square-foot expansion.

Elite Sports Clubs, which has four sports and fitness facilities in the Milwaukee area, plans to purchase Le Club, located at 2001 W. Good Hope Road in Glendale, from Dallas-based ClubCorp.

Home prices and sales increased in southeastern Wisconsin, and in the entire state, during July, according to new data from the Wisconsin Realtors Association.
