MU alumni give $1 million for dental school expansion

Marquette University announced a $1 million donation from Marquette School of Dentistry alumnus Dr. Jeff Moos and his wife, Beth, to go toward the Building for the Future campaign and help fund the Dentistry School’s 40,000-square-foot expansion.

The 120,000-square-foot Marquette Dental School and Clinic, the only dental school in the state, is located at 1801 W. Wisconsin Ave., Milwuakee.
“Our gift shows how important my Marquette education was in giving me an opportunity, and how I was able to put it to work,” Jeff said in a statement. “It’s a way of giving back. Beth and I have such respect for the values and foundation that Marquette provides. It’s a legacy for us, and we’re thrilled that our children will benefit from the same influences we did when we were in school.”
