Tenants of City Hall Square, a two-building 135-unit apartment complex in downtown Milwaukee, were notified recently that the property will be sold by Housing Horizons LLC, a subsidiary of Kimberly-Clark Corp., to a new ownership group that includes City Hall Square Properties LLC.

The company plans to complete the project in time to move to Oconomowoc in the first quarter of 2014, relocating from its current location at 510 Cardinal Lane in Hartland.
