Schlitz Park adds new tenants

Schlitz Park, the office complex at the former Schlitz brewery in downtown Milwaukee, announced today that it has added a pair of new tenants, signed a pair of lease extensions and expanded space for another tenant. The new, extended and expanded leases total 30,000 square feet of space.

Olive Garden, Buffalo Wild Wings planned in Germantown

Menomonee Falls-based Continental Properties Company Inc. plans to build a 7,660-square-foot Olive Garden restaurant and a 7,715-square-foot Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant in the parking lot of Riversbend Country Club at N96 W18034 County Line Road in Germantown.

Office market ends year with a thud
