2120 Partners Wisconsin LLC purchased a two-story, 38,000-square-foot office building at 2120 Pewaukee Road in Waukesha from Foundations Bank.
About 26,000 square feet of space in the building is vacant.
The deal was brokered by Mike Judson of Pewaukee-based Judson & Associates.
The sale price was not disclosed, but the asking price for the building was $2.75 million.
