A subsidiary of Menomonee Falls-based Continental Properties Company Inc. recently sold the former Target building at Southport Plaza in Kenosha to an investor from Idaho for $9.2 million, according to state records.
Kohl’s buys former InnoWare building for $15.2 million
Menomonee Falls-based Kohl’s Corp. recently paid $15.2 million for the 300,000-square-foot former InnoWare Paper Company building at W165 N5830 Ridgewood Dr. in Menomonee Falls, according to state records. The building sits on a 25-acre site and was sold by Chicago-based CJF1 LLC.
Second Amazon building planned in Kenosha
