The Sleep Inn & Suites Sheboygan I-43 hotel located southeast of I-43 and County Highway V/Ok in the Sheboygan County Town of Wilson was sold recently for $2.15 million.

StratCap buys Franklin data center for $9.5 million

Greenwich, Connecticut-based investment firm StratCap, through its real estate division StratCap Data Centers, has purchased a 28,500-square-foot data center in Franklin for $9.5 million.

Funds allocated for new state crime lab planned in Wauwatosa

SCEDC buys more land in Sheboygan Falls for home development

Plans are moving forward to close two youth correctional facilities in Wisconsin and replace them with a new facility that will be built in Milwaukee. On Tuesday, Gov. Tony Evers announced a new juvenile prison is pegged to be built on Milwaukee’s northwest side at 7930 W. Clinton Ave.
