Ruvin and Gatehouse launch web site for Park East project

Dallas-based Gatehouse Capital Corp. and Milwaukee-based Ruvin Development Inc. recently launched a web site for their proposed mixed-use development that would be built northwest of Old World Third Street and Juneau Avenue in the Park East corridor in downtown Milwaukee.

Mequon law firm, south side engineering firm moving to the Third Ward

Minneapolis-based Inspec Inc. plans to move its Milwaukee office and Mequon-based The Gauthier Law Group LLC plans to move to the Warehouse #1 building at 126 N. Jefferson St. in Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward.

Investor buys key downtown site

Sung Kang recently purchased the 20,450-square-foot, two-story building at 200 W. Wisconsin Ave., located at the northwest corner of Wisconsin Avenue and North 2nd Street, in downtown Milwaukee from the Plankinton Family Trust for $1.46 million.

OfficeMax store planned in Franklin

Rawson LLC plans to build add 28,500 square feet of retail space, including an OfficeMax store, to the Franklin Centre shopping center, located southwest of South 76th Street and West Rawson Avenue.
