OfficeMax store planned in Franklin

Rawson LLC plans to build add 28,500 square feet of retail space, including an OfficeMax store, to the Franklin Centre shopping center, located southwest of South 76th Street and West Rawson Avenue. The new retail space would be built to the west of a Pick ‘n Save grocery store. An OfficeMax store would occupy about 18,200 square feet of the new space. The remaining 10,300 square feet of space will be leased to other retail tenants. Naperville, Ill.-based OfficeMax Inc. has about 1,000 office supplies stores in the U.S.
