In this new role, Tennessen will have increased responsibilities in personnel, strategy and finance, in addition to his responsibilities as a client executive and leader of the firm’s business development efforts.

Milwaukee-based The Dickman Company Inc./CORFAC International recently hired Greg Burk as a vice president.

Milwaukee-based Commercial Property Associates Inc. recently hired Brian Gingrass as a retail broker. Previously he worked for almost two years as a broker for Brookfield-based Grubb & Ellis|Apex Commercial.
