BizTimes Around Town: Walk and Run for Wishes

The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Wisconsin recently held its 23rd annual Walk and Run for Wishes event along Milwaukee’s lakefront. More than thirty wishes will be granted from proceeds raised at the event. Nearly 2,400 walkers and runners participated in the Walk & Run, presented by Badger Mutual Insurance Company. The Walk & Run has raised more than one million dollars since 1988 to help grant the wishes of Wisconsin children with life-threatening medical conditions.
