Bemis acquires Chinese plastics company

Neenah-based Bemis Company Inc. announced that it has acquired all of the common stock of Foshan New Changsheng Plastics Films Co. LTD (NCS), a specialty film manufacturer located in Foshan, China.

Orion acquires Florida lighting firm

Orion Energy Systems Inc., a Manitowoc-based power technology enterprise, announced it has completed the acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding equity interest in Harris Manufacturing Inc. and Harris LED LLC. Harris Manufacturing and Harris LED, located in Green Cove Springs, Fla., engineer, design, source and manufacture energy-efficient lighting systems, including fluorescent and LED lighting solutions and day-lighting products.

Rishi Tea could relocate in Milwaukee to expand

Milwaukee-based Rishi Tea needs additional space and could move to another location in the city or expand at its current location, co-owner and vice president of sales Benjamin Harrison said.

Dickten Masch expands

Nashotah-based Dickten Masch Plastics LLC has expanded its capacity with a 17,000-square-foot warehouse in Pewaukee.

While he is technically skilled, his interactions with his colleagues consist of one awkward encounter after another. Conflict is inevitable when he is part of the mix. We've moved to a performance appraisal format that is more behavior-based, so I've been able to talk about how he carries out his work in addition to what (tasks) he does.
