Great Lakes Packaging HQ sold for $8 million
Fitchburg-based Sara Investment Real Estate announced today that it has purchased the headquarters of Great Lakes Packaging Corp. in Germantown. The sale price was $8.05 million, according to state records.

Meijer buys site for Drexel Town Square store for $7 million
Grand Rapids, Mich.-based Meijer Inc. recently purchased the 17.5 acre site in the Drexel Town Square development in Oak Creek where it plans to build a 192,940-square-foot store. Meijer bought the site for $7 million from One West Drexel LLC, an affiliate of Wispark LLC. Proceeds of the land sale will be shared with the city of Oak Creek.
Elkhorn Aurora clinic under construction sold for $8.9 million
An affiliate of Chicago-based real estate investment management firm Harrison Street recently purchased a 30,000-square-foot medical office building that is under construction at 201 E. Morrissy Dr. in Elkhorn for Aurora Health Care, according to state records.
