Olympic athlete visits Boys & Girls Club
Waukesha native and triathlete Gwen Jorgenson recently visited the Cass Street School Boys & Girls Club, at 1647 N. Cass St. Students there exchanged gifts for her to take to the London for the 2012 Olympic Games.
Arts Board to release new art conservation grants
The Milwaukee Arts Board has opened its third cycle of its funds devoted to the conservation of public art in the City of Milwaukee. This cycle will contain $10,000 in grants available in increments of $1,000.
United Way and Milwaukee Bucks hold volunteer day of action

Driver helps UPAF make campaign announcement
The United Performing Arts Fund has exceeded its $10 million goal and raised $10,129,411 during its 2012 campaign. The announcement was made at the UPAF Campaign Finale at the Milwaukee Repertory Theater's Quadracci Powerhouse Theater. Green Bay Packer Super Bowl Champion and Dancing with the Stars winner, Donald Driver was present for the announcement.
