Hispanic Chamber seeks MEDC help for revolving loan fund

The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Wisconsin Inc. has created a new LLC that is seeking a $50,000 loan from the Milwaukee Economic Development Corp. to bolster the revolving loan fund pool it is developing.

Westbury Bancorp recovers from loss

West Bend-based Westbury Bancorp Inc. reported fiscal 2014 third quarter net income of $69,000, recovering from a net loss of $446,000 in the third quarter of 2013.
Total assets were $556.5 million, up from $550.5 million a year ago.

Strattec reports record growth in 2014

Milwaukee-based Strattec Security Corp. reported fiscal 2014 fourth quarter net income of $6.4 million, or $1.58 per share, up from $3.9 million, or 92 cents per share, in the fourth quarter of 2013.

Weyco earnings down on fewer retail sales

Milwaukee-based Weyco Group Inc. reported second quarter net earnings of $2.5 million, or 20 cents per share, up from $2.3 million, or 20 cents per share, in the second quarter of 2013.

Quad/Graphics narrows loss in 2Q

Sussex-based Quad/Graphics Inc. reported a second quarter net loss of $22.8 million, or 48 cents lost per share, compared to $27.6 million, or 59 cents lost per share, in the second quarter of 2013.

Douglas Dynamics revenue up 60 percent

Milwaukee-based Douglas Dynamics Inc. today reported second quarter net income of $14.6 million, or 64 cents per share, up sharply from $5.9 million, or 26 cents per share, in the second quarter of 2013.
