Douglas Dynamics moves upper management team to far northwest side office building

Milwaukee-based manufacturer Douglas Dynamics has moved an undisclosed number of members of its upper management team from the company's plant, located near 76th Street and Bradley Road, to an office space within the One Park Plaza building, located on the city's far northwest side, to accommodate for a growing number of employees.

WEDC authorizes tax credits for OpenGov expansion in Milwaukee

As San Jose-based software company OpenGov works toward its goal of having 100 employees in their Milwaukee office by 2023, the Wisconsin Economic Development Corp. is providing a further incentive by authorizing $350,000 in business development tax credits if OpenGov meets its objective.

MLG Capital raises over $196 million through latest real estate fund

Brookfield-based MLG Capital has raised $196,690,000 in equity through its latest diversified Private Real Estate Fund, MLG Private Fund V, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing. The goal for the fund, which opened to investors in January 2021, was $300 million in equity.
