Zilber Property Group has submitted plans to build a second industrial spec building in Menomonee Falls.
Zilber recently completed its first spec building on the south side of Manhard Drive and will ask the village plan commission Nov. 10 to approve phase two of its project, a 180,000-square-foot building on the east side of the parcel.
If approved, the two new industrial buildings will total 325,000-square-feet on the 22-acre site.

According to plans submitted to the village, the industrial buildings would provide warehouse space for up to four tenants.
The parcel was formerly occupied by the Best Block Company and its corporate affiliate, BBC Properties East.
