What has fueled your company’s growth? “Our growth has been in the wide array of value-added processing and fabricating services we offer.”
What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth? “Our major obstacle is recruiting and retaining individuals for material handler positions and saw operators, primarily on the 2nd shift and 3rd shift. We are in the process of developing strategies that will strengthen our recruitment approaches, reduce turnover and retain qualified staff.”
Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months? “We do not expect to make any significant changes.”
