What has fueled your company’s growth?

“Small to medium size businesses have been a focus for us and have certainly fueled growth. Smart phones continue to drive growth, especially our Android devices; we carry Samsung, Motorola and HTC and more devices are planned for 2010. We continue to attract new customers for AT&T UVERSE service, and now we are broadcasting ESPN in 3D.”

What has been the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?

“Finding qualified team members and securing premier locations for additional stores.”

Do you have any planned changes for your company in the coming months?

“We have always measured our salespeople on sales and customer service metrics, and now we are in the process of redefining the roles of our corporate office staff and putting performance measurements in place.”

Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? What traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them?

“I admire all the businesses that are new or continue to grow and create sustainability and jobs in the American business environment; with increasing taxes, government involvement, capital limitations and the human culture of entitlement, these companies and leaders big or small are the real champions.”

What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months?

“Consumer confidence remains low, and price competition is fierce, however we have several exciting new wireless devices on the horizon. The back-to-school and holiday seasons look positive; the planned spending for consumer electronics is up over 2009.”

What has been your company’s key strategy for rising out of the recession?

“We are increasing our advertising exposure and adding new locations. We have put in place a new hiring process to find, train and develop the right people. Our strategy is to have the right locations, the right people and the best customer experience in wireless retail and small business solutions.”
