2323 Partners LLC, an entity affiliated with Milwaukee-based Weas Development, recently sold a 20,000-square-foot building occupied by the Columbia St. Mary’s West Allis Medical Clinic.

The building, located at 2323 S. 102nd St., was sold to the Libertyville, Ill.-based David R. Whitmore Trust for $5.555 million, according to state records.

The sale of the building will not affect the operations of the clinic, said Columbia St. Mary’s spokeswoman Debbie Michalak.

“Our operations will continue there,” she said.

Services provided by Columbia St. Mary’s at the West Allis Medical Clinic include allergy/immunology, endocrinology, family medicine, OB/GYN, pediatrics and podiatry.
