Waukesha State Bank has promoted Marynell Costa and James P. Riley to senior vice president.
Costa is manager of operations, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bank and new product development. Riley heads the administration of Waukesha State Bank’s non-owner occupied commercial real estate portfolio.
Costa has been at the bank since 2003, during which time she has opened six new retail offices and implemented a number of new products and services, including mobile banking, online bill pay, check imaging and online account openings.
Riley joined the bank in 2004 and has served as a key member of the commercial lending team, driving the Waukesha-based bank’s commercial growth.
