Mondi Flores has been named bank manager at Waukesha State Bank’s office on Silvernail Road in Pewaukee.
A Waukesha native, Flores has nine years of banking experience, joining Waukesha State Bank in 2005. She has served in a variety of positions, most recently as personal banker. In her new position, Flores will be responsible for managing daily branch operations at the location, which is inside the Pick ‘n Save at 2160 Silvernail Road.
Waukesha State Bank has also hired Stephanie Ohlfs as marketing director.
She has nine years of community banking marketing experience at State Bank of Cross Plains in Dane County, and most recently worked as social media marketing specialist at University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee’s School of Continuing Education.
In her new role, Ohlfs will manage the development and implementation of the bank’s marketing efforts, encompassing strategic planning, market research, public relations, community relations, budgeting, campaign assessment, event planning and digital marketing.
Waukesha State Bank has 14 offices in Brookfield, Delafield, Mukwonago, Muskego, New Berlin, Oconomowoc, Pewaukee, Sussex and Waukesha.
