Waukesha Metal Products announced today it has signed a letter of intent to acquire the assets of Mexico-based Revstone Fabrication San Luis Potosi S de RL de CV.
Revstone completes metal stamping and fabrication in its 100,000-square-foot facility with eight stamping presses, two laser cutting machines, a CNC tube bender, five robotic welders and a press brake.
The acquisition will enable Waukesha Metal to expand its capacity and reach to additional markets, while providing logistics solutions in Mexico.
Revstone’s staff will be hired by Waukesha Metal and continue production there when the agreement is finalized, which is expected to happen by December 7. The facility will be named Waukesha Metal Products de Mexico S de RL de CV.
“We are very excited to move our Mexico strategy forward with the addition of the Revstone Fabrication operation in San Luis Potosí,” said Jeff Clark, president and chief executive officer of Waukesha Metal.
Waukesha Metal Products is an international full-service metalforming manufacturer with a 48,000-square-foot facility in Sussex and a 42,000-square-foot facility in Grafton.
