Verizon offers new discounts on equipment for nonprofit organizations

Verizon Wireless, in partnership with the National Purchasing Partners, has begun offering discounted services and equipment to nonprofit organizations that are members of National Purchasing Partners.

“With this advantage, nonprofit organizations can receive the opportunity to advance their business solutions at a lower cost,” said Marquett Smith, vice president of communications, Verizon Wireless.  “These benefits allow customers who are members of National Purchasing Partners to save money, redirecting those funds to help support their causes.
The program is available for new and existing non-profit customers, as well as individual nonprofit employees upon registration.  To qualify for these discounts, an organization must sign up for a free membership with NPP by visiting www.mynpp.com, Once membership is complete, organizations can apply to receive up to 15 percent off on eligible calling plans of $35 and above; up to 25 percent off on accessories and discounts on select equipment.
