Menomonee Falls-based Ultra Tool & Manufacturing Inc. plans to buy and renovate a 41,805-square-foot building at W194 N11811 McCormick Dr. in Germantown.
The company is seeking Village Board approval to obtain financing with tax-exempt bonds for the $9 million project. The board will review the request during its meeting tonight.
Company and village officials could not be reached for comment this morning.

In December, Ultra Tool received approval from Menomonee Falls officials to use industrial revenue bonds to finance a $5 million project to expand its headquarters facility at W169 N5954 Ridgewood Dr. The company planned to build a 20,000-square-foot addition to its existing 43,000-square-foot facility there.
