As women gain influence in business, Sharon Lechter’s new book highlights their progress and also sums up ways for women to advance this progress using their unique strengths.
In her book, “Think and Grow Rich for Women: Using Your Power to Create Success and Significance,” Lechter walks women through steps to success according to the insight of female executives, leaders and entrepreneurs. Lechter’s book draws inspiration from Napoleon Hill’s iconic 1937 book, “Think and Grow Rich,” as she tailors his principles toward women in today’s business world.
“Women must help other women succeed…Progress comes from momentum and rather than focus on what’s wrong with our systems and our policies, we should use the momentum we’ve already gained to push forward…Rather than telling women to be more like men, we should highlight the benefits found in female leadership that may be better suited for today’s business environment,” Lechter says.
