What has fueled your company’s growth?

“Incredible clients who value our partnership and constantly refer us. Dedicated employees who live our vision and make SSR a professional yet fun place to work. New business offering which included dedicated and cloud hosting, security testing and online-backups in the last year alone. Finally, SSR completed our first acquisition in 2009.”

What has been the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?

“Managing growth and availability of local talent. Continuously changing and improving our service delivery in an industry that is ‘new’ every two to three years.”

Do you have any planned changes for your company in the coming months?

“Adding engineers, sales and a part time marketing manager as well as looking for our next merger or acquisition opportunity.”

Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? What traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them?

“A number of them that have accomplished work/life balance and have created ‘inspired’ organizations that go beyond products and services.”

What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months?

“Good. Technology is an excellent enabler that an organization can utilize to make themselves more competitive, reduce risk and improve efficiency; as such we anticipate significant ongoing demands in key areas of our industry.”

What has been your company’s key strategy for rising out of the recession?

“Provide services and solution that are relevant to our clients needs for today and in the future. Continue to grow organically based on a great business value proposition which reduces costs and improves accessibility and look for additional M&A opportunities that expand our service offerings.”
