"This shows that I take care of myself, that it is important. Hopefully can inspire others to do the same, that they can do it, whatever it may be."
What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative?
"It is an excellent "habit" to develop. It shows responsibility, that you and health are a priority. That hard work pays off somehow,someway.Be a good example."
