Spectrum Resources Inc., a supplier of printed materials to fundraising companies, plans to move about half a mile south from its existing New Berlin location at 2800 S. 166th St.
The company recently purchased a 39,780-square-foot multi-tenant industrial building at 16840 W. Victor Road, New Berlin, from Milwaukee-based Doran Enterprises Inc. for $1.76 million. The property has an assessed value of $1,568,500, according to city records.
Spectrum needs more warehouse space than it has at its existing location, which it leases, and plans to move to the Victor Road building this summer and will occupy about half of the space, said Controller Deb Krause. The building currently has three tenants: Prime Digital Media, York International and CED. One of the tenants will be leaving the building after its lease expires and the other two will stay, said Krause who declined to disclose which tenant will be leaving the building.
