Southridge to add additional tenants

Southridge Mall in Greendale recently held a celebration for the complete of its renovation and announced the addition of several new tenants.

Retailers and restaurants joining Southridge Mall next year will include LOFT, Buca di Beppo, LongHorn Steakhouse and Old Navy.

Buca di Beppo, an Italian restaurant chain, will open a 6,200-square-foot restaurant at the mall’s southwest entrance near the Macy’s store.

LOFT, a women’s fashion store, will open a 4,750-square-foot store in the upper level of the mall near Center Court.

Old Navy will return to the mall in a 12,860-square-foot store in the lower level near Macy’s.
LongHorn Steakhouse will build a 6,300-square-foot restaurant on an outlot in front of the mall along South 76th Street.

Since the renovation began, several retailers have opened at Southridge including Macy’s, Bachrach, Body Central, Buddy Squirrel/Quality Candy, Crazy 8, Justice for Girls, Name of the Game, Teavana and Tilly’s. A Panda Express restaurant will open on an outlot along 76th street in early 2013. Additionally, Buckle and Maurices have relocated to the Lower Level near Macy’s, and Rue21 was remodeled and expanded by 2,395 square-feet to 5,900 square-feet.

“This is an exciting time for Southridge Mall and the local community,” said Mary Mokwa, Southridge Mall manager. “The completed renovation has added a diverse array of new retail and dining options to our tenant mix, and we’re proud to share them with our loyal shoppers and visitors in this beautifully updated shopping space.”
