Skyline relocating to accommodate growth

Skyline Technologies is leasing a 12,000-square-foot building in the Ridgeview Office Center, Pewaukee to accommodate its recent growth.

The IT consulting firm has grown from 83 employees in 2011 to 175 today and plans to continue hiring consultants, said Mitch Weckop, Skyline’s chief executive officer.

The company is leasing the space, at N16 W23217 Stone Ridge Drive, from Interstate Partners. Joe Lak with Colliers International brokered the deal.

The new office will house a “Skyline Garage”, similar to those seen at other Skyline offices. The “Garage” is a flexible and innovative space to accommodate meetings, development camps, user groups, trainings, community events, Weckop said.

Skyline is also working with Schroeder Solutions to create productive workspaces for various needs like collaborative team space, sit-to-stand work environments, as well as flexible meeting and social areas.

“We’re incredibly proud of our growth in the Milwaukee market and very much appreciate how customers have responded to our services,” Weckop said. “Our new office is not only a bigger roof over our heads, but also an acknowledgement of our commitment to both our clients and associates located in this market.”
