Six Wisconsin companies make 2021 World’s Most Ethical Companies list

Scottsdale, Arizona The Ethisphere Institute, which defines and measures corporate ethical standards, recognizes companies that excel, and promotes best practices in corporate ethics, unveiled its 15th annual list of the World’s Most Ethical Companies.

There are 135 companies on the list, representing 22 countries and 47 industries.

Six of the companies that made the list are based in Wisconsin including:

  • CUNA Mutual Group (Madison)
  • Johnson Controls International plc (technically based in Ireland for tax purposes, but its operating headquarters is in Glendale)
  • Kohl’s Corp. (Menomonee Falls)
  • ManpowerGroup (Milwaukee)
  • Oshkosh Corp. (Oshkosh)
  • Rockwell Automation Inc. (Milwaukee)

The World’s Most Ethical Companies assessment process includes more than 200 data points on culture, environmental and social practices, ethics and compliance activities, governance, diversity and initiatives to support a strong value chain.
