Sister Edna Lonergan
President
St. Ann Center for Intergenerational Care

St. Ann Center for Intergenerational Care has been nationally recognized as a leader in alternate care for adults and for the importance of intergenerational programming that includes children and adults in the same setting. Sister Edna Lonergan founded St. Ann Center in 1995, and has been a leader in adult care since 1982.

Lonergan has thrust St. Ann Center into the spotlight as a model for success. The St. Francis Association of Commerce named her St. Francis Citizen of the Year in 2009, and under her leadership the organization has thrived on Milwaukee’s south side and beyond. The center is currently in the process of replicating its services at a new location on Milwaukee’s north side.
